In this role, you will:
  • Provide direct supervision of work and performance of LPNs as instructed, including input for performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
  • Develop staffing plans.
  • Work closely with office manager/office supervisor, head nurse & lead lab medical assistants to ensure efficient office workflow and excellent patient experience.
  • Assist with clinic problem-solving, patient wait times, and other areas of concern to increase efficiency and quality of services.
  • Provide organized feedback following clinical site visits.
  • Participate in all regularly scheduled clinical team meetings.
  • Implement and communicate policies and procedures for various departments.
  • Maintain and enforce all safety policy and procedures.
  • Develop and promote teamwork.
  • Provide additional support for the clinical team, which includes all functions of an LPN and MA.
  • Assist physicians with patient office visits.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Administer and document medication under physician’s orders.
  • Field patient telephone calls and respond accordingly.
  • Compile and assist providers in responses to triages from team members and patients received by phone or electronic messages.
  • Participate in offices “huddle” as assigned.
  • Float throughout Western locations as needed.
We require:
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to individual needs.
  • Understanding of clinical risk.
  • Experience in a lead role or demonstrated potential to act in a lead capacity.
  • Consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other health care professionals. Must have reliable transportation.

Salary: Starting at $60/hr based on experience.
