In this role, you will:
  • Direct supervision of work and performance of LPNs as instructed, including input for performance evaluations and corrective action plans as needed
  •  developing staffing plans as needed
  • Work closely with office manager/office supervisor, head nurse & lead lab medical assistants to ensure efficient office workflow and excellent patient experience
  •  Assist with clinic problem solving, patient wait times, and other areas of concern to increase efficiency and quality services
  • Provide organized feedback following clinical site visits.
  • Participate in all regularly scheduled clinical team meetings.
  •  Implement and communicate policies and procedures for various departments.
  •  Maintain and enforce all safety policy and procedures.
  •  Develop and promote teamwork
  • Provide additional support for the clinical team, which includes all functions of an LPN and MA.
  • Assists physicians with patient office visits
  • Performs administrative tasks
  •  Administers and documents medication under physician’s orders
  •  Fields patient telephone calls and responds accordingly.
  • Compiles and assists providers in responses to triages from team members and patients received by phone or electronic messages
  • Participates in offices “huddle” as assigned
  • Float throughout Western locations as needed


We require:
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to individual needs.
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of clinical risk.
  • Previous experience in a lead role or demonstrated potential to act in a lead capacity.
  • Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and
  • other health care professionals. Must have reliable transportation.

Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary up to 135,000 annually based on experience. Benefits including Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO time, 8 paid holidays (2 floating) and more.
